Instant Pot Greek Yogurt

I have used this BOIL method Instant Pot recipe several times and LOVE it. I find it more reliable for obtaining the desired THICK and CREAMY yogurt I want.  I ALWAYS do the thickness test (with a teaspoon) when it is done--soooo satisfying to see that while I was sleeping my Instant Pot made perfect yogurt for me. (I use 10 hours on Yogurt setting.)
