I have an Instant Pot!

My Instant Pot . . . how do I love you...let me count the ways!  I really do enjoy cooking with it.  It is fast, easy to operate (please read instructions & follow recipes), easy to clean and has 10 (YES, ten) redundant safety features (that means there are backups for safety backups x10--almost idiot proof).  (You may have read about people who OWN an Instant Pot but have not even used it yet due to horror stories about old-style, stove-top pressure cookers and/or people who don't read instructions.)  Please put those fears aside and give it a try.  Try an Instant Pot recipe from the small cook book that comes with your Instant Pot OR Instant Pot on Pinterest or Facebook Groups are VERY popular.  (In fact, if you have an Instant Pot (IP) AND use Pinterest, you will probably want to create your own Instant Pot Board to keep track of IP recipes, tips/ideas and cleaning methods (another fact: the ENTIRE IP pot is dishwasher safe--that's how I keep mine clean and looking like new).  (https://www.pinterest.com/carolaprice/instant-pot/)

If you are shopping for an IP, they can be in short supply--check your favorite stores/sites and be patient.  Do some research and determine which size IP is best for your situation.  I have a 3-Qt Duo Mini which is great for a 1 or 2 person household.  If you are cooking and want to have left overs and/or cook for 4 or more, you will probably want a 6 qt or 8 qt IP.  It is one-pot cooking, retains nutrients and can replace some of your other small kitchen appliances.
