Buttery, melt in your mouth delicious!Ingredients
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup soft butter
Instructions- Pre-heat oven to 300F.
- In a large bowl, stir dry ingredients together (can use stand mixer but it does come together quickly)
- Add butter and mix until dough is formed
- Roll into 1" balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet (they don't spread so can be placed close together)
- Lightly press down with a fork--I do a cross hatch as with peanut butter cookies
- Bake @ 300F for 15-18 minutes (do NOT overbake)
- Move to cooling rack. Decorate as desired.
- Store in air tight container
