Quick
& easy. (Yes, the ravioli is not from scratch, BUT there are no preservatives,
no GMO ingredients and they do it so much better than I can!) Artichokes add an additional layer of flavor--soooo good!
Ingredients (add in
order listed to at least 3 qt Instant Pot)
1 cup water
1 large bag of ravioli (your choice, I
used Spinach-Ricotta)
1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
½ tsp minced or flaked garlic
½-1 tsp Italian
Seasoning
optional: 1 can Artichoke Hearts (rinsed & drained)
Instructions
- Add 1 cup water to bottom of your inner liner/pot
- Add trivet
- Arrange ravioli on top of trivet so no ravioli is in the water and are stacked randomly.
- Add can of diced tomatoes
- Add minced or flaked garlic
- Add Italian Seasoning
- Add artichoke hearts (rinsed & drained)
- Seal your Instant Pot
- Set Instant Pot on high pressure for 4 minutes (be sure to check your valve position)
- Natural release for 8 minutes, quick release until “pin” drops
