Bacon Cheeseburger Soup

Easy to make and delicious--this low-carb soup will warm up a chilly day! 

Ingredients
3/4 lb lean ground beef
6 ounces cooked center-cut bacon, chopped 
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1/2 cup half and half
1 1/2 cup low sodium beef broth
3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/3-1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4-1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Directions
1.  Brown the beef in a large pot then drain any excess grease
2.  Stir in the rest of the ingredients than simmer over medium-low heat for 20 minutes.   (Stir frequently while cooking.)
