No "recipe" required! A great appetizer or side dish to just about any meal.
- 2 ripe (but not mushy) avocados
- 1/2-ish cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/4-ish cup French Fried Onions
- 1/2-ish cup of crisp crumbled bacon
- 1/2-ish cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
Cut avocados in half, remove pit, scoop avocado from skin (I use a soup spoon).
Crush panko and French Fried onions and blend together.
Gently roll/press crumb mixture into avocado halves to cover ALL. Set on air fryer baking tray/sheet. Add some crumb mixture, crumbled bacon and parmesan cheese to pit recess to EACH avocado half. Garnish with more bacon.
Air Fry @ 400F for 5-6 minutes (they should be golden brown). Dig in!
