Ingredients:
2-3 cups raw almonds
1/4 cup Liquid Aminos (or lite soy sauce)
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. olive or avocado oil
Everything Bagel Seasoning* (or purchase prepared mix at Trader Joe's--80 mg sodium per 1/4 tsp)
In a small saucepan (I used a 1 qt.) add the Liquid Aminos, brown sugar, and Everything Bagel Seasoning. Bring to a boil. Add the almonds and toss to coat. Reduce heat to medium-low and continue cooking the almond mixture, stirring frequently until most of the glaze is cooked off. Add the oil. Turn out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 200F stirring through every 10 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, turn off the oven, crack the door slightly, and leave the almonds in the oven until they are dry. Store in an air-tight container for up to 1-week. (They won't last that long.)

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon dried minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons black and white sesame seeds (toasted)
- 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix everything together and store in an airtight container until ready to use.
