2 hamburger patties*, lightly seasoned with Montreal Steak Seasoning, 12** minutes Air Fry, turn over approximately half way through timer (IV will remind you). I cooked for the entire 12 minutes. Remove to plate. I added chili with black beans over burgers + shredded mozzarella, and a side of broccoli—dinner is served. *These burgers were previously frozen from Costco—I did thaw prior to cooking. 2 large patties fit on one tray. I speculate that you could use both trays to cook 4. If cooking 4 patties, I would change tray position at the same time I turn patties over. **I prefer ground meat cooked well, but steaks, medium.
I have been cooking since I was about 9 (thanks, Mom)--I never REALLY learned to clean a kitchen until I had a kitchen of my own and realized that Mom had done a LOT of cleaning up after MY clean up (THANKS, Mom!) Cooking from scratch really is the way to go--I know exactly what is in it and I can avoid some ingredients and still have tasty, homemade food--oh did I mention save $$$ too? Instant Vortex Plus Hamburgers
Instant Vortex hamburgers!! Many thumbs up on this almost non-recipe. It seems that Instant Pot's NEW Instant Vortex Plus Oven (Air Fryer, bake, rotisserie, roast, dehydrate, broil) just about CAN do it all!
