Homemade Hot Chocolate Mix

Make a BIG batch of this hot chocolate mix so you will be prepared for cold winter days & nights.

Adjust the amount of cocoa powder to suit your taste. The pudding mix helps make it extra creamy!

• 11 cups powdered milk
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 11 ounces powdered coffee creamer
• 2 lbs. Nestle Nesquik powdered chocolate milk mix
• 4 Tablespoons cocoa powdered (I will use 6-7 Tbsp next time)
• 5 ounces Cook & Serve chocolate pudding mix (large box)
• Optional: Marshmallow bits

Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together.  Mix until it is all mixed and color is the same throughout (I use a large wire whisk for this step).

Store the mixture in an airtight container.

To make one cup of hot chocolate, use about 1/3 of a cup of chocolate mix per cup of HOT water; adjust to your liking.

Makes about 16 cups of hot chocolate mix.

Serve with miniature marshmallows, whipped cream and/or a peppermint stick stirring stick (aka: candy cane).
